Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Nordic Infinity Trading ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your engagement with our services, including the purchase of wood commodities food commodities, tobacco and nicotine products, consultancy services for government documentation, and use of our website. By accessing our services or placing an order, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
 

1. Scope of Services

Nordic Infinity Trading provides:

  • Wood Commodities: Supply of high-quality timber and wood products for industrial and commercial use.

  • Food Commodities: Supply of high-quality foods, oils and flavorings. 

  • Tobacco and Nicotine Products: Sourcing and distribution of tobacco leaves, blends, and nicotine extracts for manufacturing.

  • Consultancy Services: Assistance with government documentation, including permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.

  • Website Access: Information and transactional capabilities through our website.
     

2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to:

  • Individuals or entities who are at least 18 years old.

  • Businesses or individuals authorized to engage in commercial transactions or government documentation processes.

  • Customers in compliance with applicable laws, including those governing tobacco and nicotine products.

3. Orders and Contracts

a. Order Placement

  • Orders for commodities or consultancy services may be placed via our website, email, phone, or in-person agreements.

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Nordic Infinity Trading.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, regulatory non-compliance, or supply constraints.
     

b. Pricing

  • Prices are as quoted at the time of order confirmation, excluding taxes, shipping, or additional fees unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

  • For consultancy services, fees are based on the scope of work agreed upon in writing.
     

c. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as specified in the invoice or contract, typically within 30 days of invoice issuance.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon.

  • Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, plus collection costs.
     

d. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order before shipment or service commencement, subject to a cancellation fee if specified.

  • We may cancel orders due to non-payment, regulatory issues, or unforeseen circumstances, with notice to you.
     

4. Delivery and Shipping
 

a. Commodities

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to availability, production, or shipping delays.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the agreed shipping carrier or destination.

  • You are responsible for inspecting deliveries and reporting damages or discrepancies within 7 days of receipt.
     

b. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are your responsibility.
     

5. Consultancy Services

  • Consultancy services are provided as per the scope outlined in a written agreement or proposal.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information to facilitate government documentation processes (e.g., permits, licenses).

  • We are not liable for delays or rejections by government authorities due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
     

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Commodities: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if products are defective or non-conforming, subject to inspection. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the error is ours.

  • Consultancy Services: Refunds are not provided for completed services unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.
     

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Nordic Infinity Trading or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify such content without written permission.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordic Infinity Trading is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products, including loss of profits or data.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
     

9. Warranties

  • Commodities: We warrant that products meet agreed specifications at the time of delivery. No further warranties, express or implied, are provided unless required by law.

  • Consultancy Services: We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Outcomes (e.g., approval of permits) are not guaranteed.
     

10. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including those related to tobacco and nicotine products, international trade, and anti-corruption (e.g., U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act). You warrant that you are not on any sanctioned or restricted party lists.
 

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in [Insert City, Country], conducted under the rules of [Insert Arbitration Institution, e.g., ICC]. The language of arbitration shall be English.

  • Each party shall bear its own costs, unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.
